Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Aerospace Engineering professionals across the US.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full time requirements.
- Hire for roles such as Aerospace Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Stress Engineer, Systems Engineer, Avionics Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Electrical Engineer.
- Utilize Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS for sourcing.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a strong aerospace talent pipeline.
- Meet client SLAs and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of US Staffing experience.
- Experience hiring Aerospace Engineering professionals.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Experience with ATS (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing clients.
- Knowledge of engineering domains and aerospace job titles.
