Job Description
The Data Analyst (DA) partners with business stakeholders to understand and execute against their stated priorities. Serving as a vital bridge between functional and technical teams, DA’s are responsible for capturing and translating high-level business needs into a comprehensive blueprint that guides both developers and stakeholders.



This role remains fully engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle—working closely with the development team through delivery to validate that the final data solutions align with expectations.

Your Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business, technology, and data requirements to define scope, success criteria, and key metrics
- Translate business requirements into data modelling requirements, including entities, relationships, and data structures
- Design and build conceptual and logical (fact/dimension, star/snowflake schemas)
- Define data granularity, hierarchies, and data models to support analytics and reporting needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders and architects to ensure data models align with enterprise data architecture
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, including metadata definition and approval
- Troubleshoots production incidents, identifying underlying data model discrep
