ABOUT THE ROLE
JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist to serve as the lead administrator for our enterprise BI ecosystem. You will own the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS environments spanning both on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure. You will drive large-scale platform migrations, architect security and compliance frameworks,
and mentor a growing team — operating at the intersection of technical depth and business impact within a globally distributed, fast-moving organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as the lead administrator and strategic owner of enterprise BI platforms — Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS — across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
• Lead and coordinate the migration of SSRS reports and underlying infrastructure from SQL Server to Databricks, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and seamless transition.
• Design and implement governance policies covering audit logs, data source and gateway connections, and information protection (sensitivity labels) across all BI environments.
• Direct tenant-wide configuration management, including workspace administration, licensing provisioning, and organizational settings (e.g., publishing permissions, AI visuals).
