Accountabilities:

As a Managed PKI Services Manager, you will own the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of authentication services while ensuring secure, compliant, and effective operations.
- Lead end-to-end service management for managed PKI solutions, including certificate enrollment, lifecycle management, cloud HSM administration, and certificate provisioning.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring delivery against SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee outsourced PKI operations and support activities to maintain reliable and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain secure certificate provisioning and deprovisioning processes across users, devices, and systems.
