Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Cloud Ops Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and training lab environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization technologies, Windows/Linux administration, and customer support operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, readiness, and smooth functioning of training and lab environments while providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
