- Responsible for managing receipt inspection, rejection monitoring, GRN Clearance, Supplier NCR, containment, corrective and preventive action. Arranging third party testing of bought out parts/RM according to plan
- Prepare and share Supplier Performance Report (Score Card) to Supplier’s CEO/MD & respective commodity (electronics, polymer/paint/rubber, and sheet metal/forging/casting/fabrication) buyer on monthly basis.
- Conducting Supplier Audit on decided frequency and arranging closure of Audit finding within targeted timeline.
- Resolving quality related issues within deadlines and make its 8D report and make quality alert and display to production line.
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and production phase at various levels.
- Reject all the incoming raw materials and supplier product fail to meet quality expectations.
