Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights.

Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or an analytical role.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to design, execute, and implement complex strategic and operational initiatives that solve business problems.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience designing and managing data/BI roadmaps, metric dashboards,



and automated reporting infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to structure ambiguous analyses and deliver transparent story lines through executive-level communications and data visualizations.
