Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer in Industrial Automation to lead installation, commissioning, and end-to-end project execution for automation systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, in office leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Management
- Lead and manage automation projects from kickoff to commissioning and handover
- Develop project timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and quality
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule

2. Installation & Commissioning
- Supervise installation of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, drives, and field instrumentation
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, standards, and safety regulations
- Lead system integration, loop checking, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)




- Troubleshoot system issues during installation and commissioning phases

3. Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance on automation architecture, control systems, and field devices
- Review electrical schematics, panel designs, and control logic
- Support programming and debugging of PLC/SCADA systems
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices

4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during project execution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct regular project review meetings and reporting

5. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review technical documentation including method statements, SOPs, and reports
- Ensure all installations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate project records and as-built documentation
