Role: Algorithm and Embedded SW PM – MCU (Motor Control Unit)
Embedded Software PM – MCU is responsible Embedded Software Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of embedded software projects for Motor Control Units used in electric drive systems. The ideal candidate will have robust technical understanding of embedded development, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work cross?functionally with hardware, firmware, systems, and validation teams. This role involves working closely with hardware, firmware, and control engineering teams to deliver high?performance and reliable motor control software.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestones for embedded software programs.
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, engineering timelines, and resource plans.
- Drive daily/weekly project tracking and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate software development activities across application, middleware, driver, and hardware?dependent layers.




- Act as the primary interface between embedded developers, hardware teams, quality, and stakeholders.
- Support technical decisions, architecture discussions, and integration strategy.
- Identify project risks, maintain mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues proactively.
- Track defects, integration issues, and change requests using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
- Ensure robust defect?tracking and closure processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Sceince, or related field.
- 12+ years experience in embedded software development, integration, or testing.
- 2+
