This hands-on role focuses on building, managing, and evolving Power BI dashboards that inform operational and commercial decisions. You will lead the migration of existing Tableau dashboards to Power BI, ensuring like-for-like capability where appropriate and redesigning visualisations where Power BI offers a better approach. Working closely with the data warehouse team and business stakeholders, you will model data, write DAX,



and implement best-practice governance so that reports are performant, trusted, and easy to use.

Skills & Experience
- Essential:
- 4–6 years of experience in BI development or data visualisation, including hands-on Power BI.
- Proven ability to build and manage production-grade dashboards (requirements through to publishing and support).
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills; comfortable modelling data for analytics.
- Solid SQL skills for querying data warehouse tables and views; familiarity with dimensional modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear, meaningful way.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Desirable:
- Experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, including redesign where features differ.
