Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Implant to support our retail operations across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat. The role
will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR
operations, workforce planning, and partnering with business leaders to drive
people initiatives across multiple retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment for store operations, including Sales Associates,
Cashiers, Store Supervisors, Department Managers, and support staff.
- Conduct
field hiring drives, walk-in interviews, campus recruitment, and local
sourcing activities.
- Build
and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social
media, employee referrals, and local networks.
- Coordinate




interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open
positions.
- Track
recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer-to-Join
ratio.
- Ensure
manpower availability as per store expansion and business requirements.
- Partner
with store managers and regional leaders to understand workforce needs and
provide HR solutions.
- Drive
employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
- Facilitate
employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM
in HR preferred.
- 2–5
years of experience in retail recruitment and HRBP roles.
- Experience
handling multiple retail stores or regions is preferred.
- Robust
understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
