Job Purpose: The Shift Engineer - Cluster - PE-Poly & Annealing oversees PE-Poly deposition and annealing processes, adjusting settings to enhance film quality and cell efficiency. They perform equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues,



and collaborate with engineers to refine techniques. Through data analysis, digital tools, and adherence to safety protocols, they drive process optimization, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Work on completion of already defined DOEs of Poly , tunnel thickness, ECV profiling, BOM (process gases) and report compilation.

Responsibilities
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety reviews, providing safety training for employees, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. Monitor and enforce reporting of unsafe acts or conditions to maintain a zero fatality rate.

Process Monitoring and Control:
- Oversee the monitoring and control of critical processes like PE-Poly deposition and annealing settings. Ensure optimal layer deposition and film quality by maintaining uniformity within the specified variance range, ensur
