About the Opportunity
A leading engineering and infrastructure solutions provider in India, NeetDeep Group specializes in integrated building systems and smart facility management. We deliver end-to-end ELV (Electrical, Low Voltage) design, documentation, and execution for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Our team works at the intersection of architecture, automation, and technology—turning complex technical blueprints into buildable, code-compliant, and future-ready installations. Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed ELV drawings including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, and Intercom systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Translate BOQs and technical specifications into accurate, dimensioned, and layered construction drawings compliant with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure ELV systems integrate seamlessly into overall building design.
- Update and revise drawings based on site feedback, client revisions,



and as-built conditions while maintaining version control.
- Generate bill of materials, schedules, and riser diagrams for procurement and installation teams.
- Support project managers with documentation for approvals, tenders, and as-built handovers.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- ELV Systems Design
- MEP Coordination
- Fire Alarm Systems

- Structured Cabling
- ISO/IEC 11801

Preferred
- BIM Level 2 Experience
- Experience with Schneider, Honeywell, or Bosch ELV products
- Knowledge of NFPA 72 or IS 2190 standards
