We are a leading technology driven financial organization seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager, System Integrations to join our Information Systems team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end integration across diverse platforms, overseeing architecture design, and ensuring seamless connection between business applications, infrastructure, and external vendor systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in contemporary programming languages, API integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise databases, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions while mentoring junior engineers and supporting long-term system reliability.

What You Will Do:
- Integration Leadership: Lead end-to-end system integration efforts across multiple platforms, ensuring interoperability and performance.
- Architecture & Design:



Define integration architecture, frameworks, and standards to support scalable and reliable solutions.
- Technical Execution: Oversee development, configuration, and deployment of integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Testing & Validation: Establish and manage integration testing strategies, including unit, system, and regression testing.
- Cross-Team & Vendor Collaboration: Partner with internal Business, Infra, Security, Development, Networks etc. teams and external vendors to coordinate integration activities, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
