• Define database standards on GCP • Performance baseline capture • Data validation & reconciliation
• Collaborate with app & data teams • Downtime tolerance assessment • Cutover & rollback support
• Ensure performance & availability • HA/DR & backup review • Configure HA & replication
• Drive cloud-native data adoption • Migration strategy definition • Optimize cost & performance
