Role Description/ Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement of iSave and eCosting tools (participate to feasibility study, arbitration,



specification and testing of enhancements) in collaboration with Custom App team
- Lead issues and change requests categorization, tracking and solutioning involving the different parties
- Proactively anticipate application RUN risk, propose and lead mitigation digital actions
- Put in place automatic monitoring and follow-up application and interfaces availabilities and performances against SLA, launch and monitor associated corrective and preventive actions involving the different parties
- Build / enhance iSave and eCosting Support model along with GSC user adoption team, lead or directly contribute to resolution of L2/L3 tickets
- Maintain platform and application Digital Certification up to date, in executing or conducting actions regarding certification recent requirement or platform evolutions
