What awaits you/ Job Profile
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Act as the key SPOC during application transitions to lead technical team members through knowledge transfer, shadowing and reverse job shadowing phases.
- Evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Interpret business data, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments to ensure alignment.
- Work with developers and applications owners to implement business solutions.
- Assist in tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

What should you bring along
- 4-6 years experience overall IT experience, with 2-4 years in auto-industry domain.

- Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.
- Technical Knowledge – Understanding of coding languages (Java, .net, etc.), databases (MS SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and software development processes.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Expertise in writing explicit and concise business requirements.
