We are seeking a Senior Auditor - SOX Business with experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and operational auditing to join eBay’s Global Internal Audit team located in Bengaluru, India. This position is hybrid, requiring physical attendance at least three days each week.
In this role,



you will provide assurance as to the effectiveness of internal controls within assigned financial audit areas. You will collaborate with global audit team members and business partners across different time zones. Your work includes performing control testing and successfully executing eBay’s global SOX program.
This position reports to the Audit and SOX Associate Manager and plays a key role in improving audit performance and partnership across our global Internal Audit organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, diligent, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute beyond meeting requirements.
What you will accomplish:
- Coordinate the design assessment of in-scope processes by leading walkthroughs and facilitating the identification and documentation of key financial audit controls with key business partners
- Take part in the testing of key financial audit controls, key reports/spreadsheets alongside co-sourced service providers
- Review attestation/audit
