This role

The People Business Partner will be responsible to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions to employees ranging from Leadership team members down to entry level ones. Deploy talent management, organizational development, and payroll solutions to drive the business strategy and breakthrough results.





Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Successfully execute all HR Cycle processes (Objective Setting, Talent Review, Mid-Year, Talent Development Plans, Annual Salary Review, budget management, organizational structure, etc.) and ensure HR system updates are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop innovative people strategies and design approaches that deliver business value and create an environment for employee satisfaction.
- Oversee administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and provide guidance to employees and managers on people policies and practices.
