Job purpose:

Janes is seeking an India/Bangalore‑based Research Analyst with broad exposure to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems to join our team. This role is suited to an inquisitive, adaptable analyst who is comfortable working across multiple C4ISR domains.

How you will contribute at Janes:

In this role, you will support Janes global intelligence products by delivering accurate, current, and well‑structured analysis across the full C4ISR spectrum. Your responsibilities will include
- Providing analytical coverage across C4ISR domains,



including communications systems, radars,electro‑optic/infrared (EO/IR) sensors, sonars, and command‑and‑control architectures.
- Conducting primary research and analysis.
- Maintaining the currency, accuracy, and consistency of Janes C4ISR datasets and records for global customers.
- Producing written outputs such as analysis pieces, news, and background research, as well as contributing to webinars through research, content development, and delivery.
- Reviewing and updating system imagery and visual references to ensure alignment with current configurations and capabilities.
- Working closely with analysts in India and the UK, as well as Janes news team, to ensure coherent and timely coverage across regions and domains.
