Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for existing accounts, including regular reviews and meetings to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, providing clear communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Generate and manage hiring requirements from existing clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients, maintaining a high level of quality and reducing the time-to-hire.
- Follow up on submitted candidates and track progress, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placement, to meet client requirements.
- Set goals, monitor team performance,



and drive improvements, using data and insights to refine strategies and optimize results.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client relationship building and management.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment industry, including the latest trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and other recruitment tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
