Hiring For Shift Incharge- Weaving

Key Responsibilities

Supervise weaving preparatory operations during the shift.

Operate and monitor Fadis/SSM Winding Machines.

Handle Sectional Warping and Cotton Sizing processes.

Plan and coordinate Warping & Loom Planning activities.

Oversee Manual Drawing-in during beam/style changes.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and minimum machine downtime.

Coordinate with the weaving team for smooth production and timely beam availability.

Requirements
1. 5-8 years of experience in weaving preparatory

2. Knowledge in winding(Fadis machine, SSM machines)

3. Sectional warping machine knowledge

4. Cotton sizing machine knowledge

5. Warping/Loom planning

6. Manual Drawing in Activity
