Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager Trade promotions
Responsibilities:
- Develop team that answer supplier queries around Contract Load and Chargebacks
- Ensure Phone Calls are answered on time
- Analyze types of queries received and share trends
- Coordinate supplier contracts through the 9.1 contract system based on supplier documentation (including loading customer to GPO base contracts and tiered contracts as supported by supplier documentation).
- Request supporting contract documentation from suppliers though correspondence and relay eligibility issues to AM to help resolve
- Help in crafting training needs for the Contract Load and Charge
