Job Summary
To type the reports as per the tests and the specific findings of the patients.
Job Profile
- a. To prepare discharge summaries, death summaries, DAMA summaries and clinical summaries in wards ICU, JCI, daycare
- b. Report dispatching.
- c. Facilitating in signing of the reports by the Consultant.
- d. Assist in other diagnostic if the need arises.
- e. Helping/Assisting cardiology department as and when required.
Skills
- a. Knowledge of medical terminologies.
- b. Basic knowledge about HIS.
- c. Typing reports, patients baseline data.
- d. Valuable communication.
- e. Polite & courteous.
Qualification
Graduate & Training course in Medical Transcription
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience
