We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Associate Product Manager professional who can help streamline product operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth product launches and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams to track feature development and releases.

Maintain product documentation, SOPs, release notes, and process workflows.

Monitor product issues, bugs, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Track product performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate current features before release.

Gather customer feedback from internal and external stakeholders and help prioritize operational improvements.

Manage product backlogs, tickets, and workflows using tools like Jira or similar platforms.

Ensure timely communication of product updates, releases, and operational changes across teams.

Identify process gaps and recommend automation or operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

Support onboarding and training for internal teams on new product features and workflows.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
