We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. This profile requires client rapport building.

As an Associate Director Business Development, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospects, building relationships, and generating interest in our products or services.

We're building something ambitious at Synoriq. Our goal isn't incremental growth—we're building for scale in the Banking & NBFC technology space. We are looking for the following:

1. Already has credibility in the Banking, NBFC, or FinTech ecosystem.

2. Doesn't wait to be told what to do.

3. Wants freedom, but also takes complete ownership of outcomes.

4. Believes consistency beats excuses.

5. Understands that trust is built over years and can be lost in a single conversation.

This is an Individual Contributor role. No micromanagement. No daily follow-ups. No hand-holding.

You'll have the freedom to build your market, create your strategy, and make an impact. In return, we expect hustle,

- Pipeline Management: Update and maintain CRM records with accurate lead information and progress.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide qualified leads and support the sales process.
