As Senior Officer,
Monitoring - My Quest you will support the program implementation by generating and disseminating data and insights about program effectiveness and efficiency. You will work with the Monitoring coordinator in developing the reporting tools to capture qualitative and quantitative data and change stories. You will support the compilation, review and production of reports to internal audiences for review and reflection.
Monitoring, Review and Reporting and Capacity building
â Collaborate with the state lead and the Learning Experience team to ensure quarterly state reviews are enhanced by data backed insights and promote learning and reflection
â Develop reporting tools of high quality to be administered by employees and Master Trainers to capture comprehensive narrative and quantitative data
â Conduct regular visits to implementation sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from stakeholders about the implemented projects and submit detailed reports.
