Experience: 0–4 Years

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents through the admission process and help them choose the right academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for admissions enquiries

• Counsel students/parents and explain courses & programs

• Maintain and update student data in CRM

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Provide complete guidance from inquiry stage to enrollment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Good convincing and counselling ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

• Target-oriented and proactive mindset
