Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Social Media to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience engagement, community growth, and business outcomes through innovative social media strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, leadership, and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.

 Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, content creators, and agency partners.

 Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand advocacy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.

 Own the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.

 Monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and platform innovations to identify growth opportunities.

 Collaborate with Marketing, Product, PR, Design, and Business teams to launch integrated campaigns.

 Manage influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and social media partnerships.

 Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

 Lead social listening and online reputation management initiatives.

 Oversee social media budgets, tools, and vendor relationships.

Technical & Functional Skills

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.

 Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meltwater, or similar platforms.
