About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator
In this role, you will:
- Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
- Support the work of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the whole team
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
- Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
- Ensure proper distribution of workflow according to schedules
- Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
- Perform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasks
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staff
- Interact with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
- Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Valuations or Lending support experience,
or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Collateral operations or financial servicing, preferably with exposure to Borrowing Base workflows.
- Solid analytical, comprehension, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex financial documents.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing relationships with US stakeholders and working within SLA-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently and scale up quickly to SME-level responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Borrowing Base methodology and related operational processes.
- Exposure to risk and compliance frameworks in US collateral/lending operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
