Detailed description
- Specify with the customer the MES (see scope) project:
- Overall project description: Family / Lines / Stations architecture
- Technical details: MES interfaces with OT devices such as PLC, testers, marking devices, printers, etc…
- Deploy MES on production servers :
- Application package deployment provided by OSE team
- PMS configuration according to the specification
- Support customer during MES setup & qualification:
- Train external OEM to interface MES with their equipment
- As the customer will adapt or build its manufacturing process around PMS, a support will be needed throughout setup and qualification phases.
- L2 support once in production:




- Issue analysis
- Non applicative bugs fixing
- Applicative bugs report
- Collect recent needs
- Training of Key user & L1 support
- PMS Enhancements:
- PMS Connection- LDS, MCA, iTAC, SRT etc Eco Applications through API
- Component Traceability- GS1 Label and Interconnection inside MES
- Operator Traceability- LDS Versality connection
- Addition of Production Support system
