Accountabilities:

The Software Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and guiding the technical direction of scalable backend systems.



The role requires robust architectural judgment, hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring platform reliability and performance.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for core platform capabilities.
- Build and optimize low-latency applications capable of supporting high-throughput workloads.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and establish engineering best practices across teams.
- Develop and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and ECS.
- Own performance optimization initiatives, including database tuning, caching strategies, and distributed system improvements.
- Define architectural approaches for microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and deployment patterns.
