Job Description Summary
In this customer-facing role, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and winning market opportunities in the capital equipment segment of imaging products. The role involves driving business growth by executing company-defined sales initiatives and promotional strategies within the assigned region in Gujarat, based out of Ahmedabad. The incumbent will regularly engage with targeted customers, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to build demand for GE imaging equipment and convert opportunities into sales. The role includes end-to-end ownership of the opportunity lifecycle—from initial engagement through sale closure, installation, and handover—ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position operates within established sales processes and routines, with some flexibility to prioritize and sequence tasks based on evolving business needs. Performance will be reviewed based on sales results, and the role may involve managing reliable regions and small to medium-sized sales territories.

- Develop and execute Key Account Plans aligned with customer objectives and GE HealthCare’s business strategy.
