We are looking for an experienced Workday System Specialist to manage the integration of Workday with various third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integrations and solid technical proficiency across multiple integration types.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure all integrations adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and business requirements. Acting as the link between technical execution and strategic objectives,



you will help maximize the value of our Workday platform while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Modernization Projects and Process Improvements
- Participate in platform modernization efforts including automation, orchestration, and AI integration, ensuring we keep a pulse on latest Workday enhancements to benefit our organization
- Develop complex Workday integrations with internal and third-party systems using tools such as Workday Studio, Orchestration, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes for Workday development
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Execute Workday release management activities, including testing strategies and deployment coordination
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency
