About The Department:

The Global Information Security (GIS) Governance, Risk & Compliance team protects the firm by managing cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, and third-party security. The team partners with legal, business, and technology leaders to ensure secure operations across global markets. You will collaborate with experienced cybersecurity professionals in a fast-paced,



highly regulated environment while gaining exposure to global security frameworks, regulatory standards, and strategic risk management.

How you will add value?

Third-Party Security:
- Assess vendors against security policies and standards.
- Identify risks and recommend remediation actions.
- Engage vendor IT and cybersecurity leaders.
- Report progress to business stakeholders.

Security Contracts:
- Interpret Data Security Addendum requirements.
- Review and assess third-party contract changes.
- Define acceptable and unacceptable modifications.
- Propose alternative contract language.
- Collaborate with security, legal, and business leaders.
- Negotiate contract security terms with vendors.
- Update standards based on risks and regulations.

Security Regulations:
- Monitor global cybersecurity regulations.
- Map regulations to internal security frameworks.
