Your work profile
Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Manager to lead the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise planning solutions. The role requires solid Anaplan expertise combined with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution delivery across FP&A;, Supply Chain, S&OP;, or P&L; use cases
- Own solution architecture and ensure adherence to DISCO / PLANS best practices
- Translate business strategy into scalable, future-ready Anaplan designs
- Drive delivery governance, sprint planning, prioritization, and risk management
- Oversee integrations with ERP, Data Hub, and downstream systems
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and stability
- Lead UAT, go-live, and operate phases including BAU transition
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients
- Review model builds and guide solution optimization
- Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants
- Support estimations, proposals, and solution sizing for new initiatives
Key skills required
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of overall experience with 5+ years in Anaplan delivery roles
- Proven experience leading Anaplan implementations
