Job Purpose: The Package Incharge for Water Treatment (ETP, PUW, STP) oversees the operations and maintenance of water treatment systems, ensuring the production of protected potable water and compliance with environmental standards. The role focuses on optimizing resources,
ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvement in treatment processes. This position also leads the team, ensures regulatory compliance, and works to improve efficiency and sustainability across the water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee PUW Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of the Pure Water (PUW) systems, ensuring the production of high-quality, safe potable water through filtration and disinfection processes, for both consumption and industrial use.
Oversee ETP and STP Operations:
- Supervise the operations of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), ensuring the treatment processes comply with environmental discharge standards, minimize the environmental impact, and ensure consistent quality as per regulatory requirements.
Manage Resources:
- Optimize the usage of manpower, chemicals, and equipment across PUW, ETP, and STP operations. Develop an
