Key Objective of the Job: -
- Manage the user access and control function for the entire group’s organization
(Based on the Segregation of Duties rule book and framework that has been defined for the organization)
- Ensure timely access provision to users
- Manage the production support for multiple applications / solutions
- Coordinate with technology partners for defect resolution
- Level1, Level 2 support to branches and simulating defects
- Manage frontline resources to support users at branches and offices
- Branch support – address IT related issues at branches and ensure satisfaction of users
- Manage the commissioning of scorecards and address any IT related issues pertaining to these scorecards
Major Deliverables: -
- Ensuring SLAs are maintained and improved
- Ensuring uptime of application
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate: -
- Graduate or IT engineers with specialized courses in Technology
Specialized job competencies: -
- Valuable communication skills
- People management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices
- An aptitude to learn new areas and adapt them to the needs of the organization
- Ability to address and resolve user related IT issues – hands on capabilities
Other desired attributes:
- Keep abreast with latest trends in technology and tools and review the adoption of these to meet the organizations needs
