Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- HR Operations
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy integrity and compliance of employee data within the HR systems. This role manages end-to-end employee lifecycle transactionsincluding personal data updates organizational changes promotions transfers and terminationswhile maintaining strict adherence to policy and data governance standards. The incumbent supports HR documentation control policy updates reporting and audit requirements and partners with internal teams to streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement. Additionally the role provides timely reporting manages mass data uploads
