Description
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored gold loan solutions. This role involves active participation in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. The officer will collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers to promote gold loan products.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide personalized loan solutions to customers.
- Attend marketing events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the bank and its gold loan offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and campaigns for gold loan promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to gold loan operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions and customer interactions.




- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the gold loan sector.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on gold loan processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge of gold loan products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
