Position:- Officer – Formulation Development
Location:- Baska, Halol.

Roles & responsibilities
- To co-ordinate with cross functional departments like ADL, RA, QA, Plant for project / product related activity & R& D documentations.
- Maintain and update established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by the organization and F&D; department.
- Conducting in-depth Literature and patent search and making formulation development plan for Parenteral formulations - pre-filled syringes.
- Evaluation of development trial batch results and comparison with Innovator formulation
- Organize and maintain records and reference documents related to Formulation and Development activities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to exchange critical information and ensure seamless project coordination.




- Documentation as per regulatory requirements (MFC, Specifications, Product Development Report, etc).

Skill & Qualification:-
- Proactive self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Minimum M. Pharm require
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
