• New Part development for any requirement from internal stake holders.
• Sending RFQ to vendors. and quote comparisons.
• Making zero base costing for new released parts.
• PO creation in SAP for proto samples and pilot lost accordingly.
• Knowledge of Proprietary parts , plastic, Sheetmetal parts
• Knowledge of Electrical , electronics parts may be advantage
• Maintaining records of ECN implantation.
• Knowledge of different part manufacturing processes.
• Supplier follow-up for recent developed part till handed over to regular procurement team.
• Tooling development of parts.
