About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Associates to join a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth through direct customer engagement, consultative selling, and pipeline ownership. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with EdTech sales exposure looking to build a strong foundation in B2C/B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers/leads through calls, chats, and virtual meetings to understand their needs
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to convert leads into enrollments/customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM
- Follow up with prospects through structured sales cycles
- Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to improve conversion rates





Eligibility Criteria

Education:
- UG: B.Tech (Technical background) or B.Com/BBA (Non-Technical background)
- PG: M.Tech (Technical background) or MBA — Marketing & Sales

Experience:
- 0–2 years; Freshers strongly encouraged
- Prior EdTech sales/BDA experience is a plus

Age: Up to 29 years

Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold-calling and objection handling
- Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (training provided)
