Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
- Develop production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments.
- Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills
- Production Planning – Managing schedules, capacity, and output targets.




- Manufacturing Operations – Driving efficient factory performance.
- Team Leadership – Supervising production teams and shift operations.
- Quality Control – Maintaining product and process quality standards.

Work Experience Requirements

Experience in manufacturing and production operations is typically required for this role. Candidates should have a robust background in factory management, workforce supervision, and production planning. Typical experience range for a Factory Manager role is 8–15 years in a manufacturing environment.

Education
- Minimum: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field (Typical)
- Preferred: MBA Operations / Production Management
- Additional: Lean M
