Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive with a robust background in generating B2B leads for the US market. The role requires identifying and engaging decision-makers across target industries to build a robust sales pipeline for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities in the US market.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online databases, and other lead generation tools to build prospect lists.
- Execute cold email campaigns and personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up activities with prospects across different US time zones.




- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM systems.
- Track and report lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably for the US market.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong expertise in prospect research, database building, and account mapping.
- Hands-on experience managing cold email campaigns and outbound sales outreach.
- Experience in cold calling and engaging US-based prospects.
- Understanding of US business culture, buyer personas, and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM
