Description
The Apprentice - Banca will be an integral part of the Bancassurance team, working closely with the branch staff to drive business growth. This role offers a unique chance to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on relationship-building and sales.
Responsibilities
- Visit the assigned mapped branch regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate policy issuance.
- Assist in the sales process, providing product knowledge and offering tailored solutions to customers.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth policy issuance process.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for policy issuance.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by the department.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and bank staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a energetic work environment.

- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to the branch.
