Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our Data Center Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing,



and supervising shift operations and maintenance to ensure 100% equipment availability, strict uptime, and seamless facility safety across our critical infrastructure. You will work closely with a dedicated team of facilities engineers and operations leaders committed to maintaining world-class data center standards and reliability.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Shift Operations & Asset Management: Plan, organize, and execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities (including High Tension/Low Tension Electrical systems, Diesel Generators, Fire Alarms, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) to maintain maximum equipment availability, prevent downtime, and complete Root Cause Analysis for operational incidents.
