RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee technology operations and evaluate them according to the established goals.
- Work closely with the global technology leadership to drive technology and product strategy
- Contribute to broader Technology Strategy working with BU CIOs and across enterprise functions
- Developing and enforcing IT best practices across the organization
- Drive process improvements reducing year-over-year operations costs
- Implement best practices for quality, testing, and change management to ensure defect free solutions
- Drive innovation through automation and current technologies
- Contribute to the growth, including the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to exceed the growth and revenue goals of the organization
- Influence and collaborate with practitioners across all on cross-functional practices, and business collaboration efforts
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, be commercially-focused and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment
- Manage engagement and delivery from Managed Service provider and other vendors
Technology Oversight:
- Be part of broader digital transformation journey and contribute to the success of digitization
- Understanding of various IT functions and be the regional point of contact for enterprise services, e.g. IT Helpdesk, InfoSec, SOC, Application Development, Production Services. Business Analysis and etc.
- Be part of the global technology leadership, provide insights towards better project management, architecture & design, project execution and application development and support procedures
- Mentor the India technology leads on the latest technology trends and drive adoption where applicable
- Be the face-off for any technology audits and compliance matters from the region, work closely with the relevant team to implement proper mitigation controls for any non-compliances
