â¢Perform/review daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Fund Accounting functions as assigned.
â¢Co-ordinate with different teams (both internal and external) to perform various daily/monthly/quarterly tasks.
â¢Complete Ownership and Accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks
â¢Monitor status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with various stakeholders as required.
â¢Assist/support onshore counterparts with special projects and requests
â¢Collaborate with various internal functional and support groups.
â¢Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
â¢Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meets the EisnerAmper quality standard.
â¢Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise various fees like Management, Incentive/carry etc., as assigned.
â¢Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.
â¢Identify fund issues and timely escalation to Manager




â¢Act as trainer for other recent joiners in the team to bring them up to speed on the assigned tasks.
â¢To complete daily checklists, time sheets etc. and thus keep track of daily issues and escalate the same to the Manager/AVP in a proactive manner.
End Customer Satisfaction/ CRM satisfaction & Process Efficiency (15%)
â¢Keep the Client/CRM informed about the expected delay and the reasons thereof on a timely manner along with a plan of action.
â¢Ensure all the deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality for our Clients/CRM.
â¢Participate in calls/meeting between team, Client/CRM to help set the expectations right and document the same to clear any understanding gaps.
â¢In depth knowledge of various applications, you work on to complete the tasks.
