Role Summary / Position Overview
The Salesforce CPQ Architect will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions aligned to enterprise sales transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for defining the CPQ architecture strategy, governing solution design standards, and ensuring best-in-class implementation across quoting, pricing, product configuration, billing, and revenue lifecycle processes.
The Architect will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance,



Product Management, IT, and Executive Leadership teams to drive digital selling capabilities, optimize quote-to-cash processes, and enable revenue growth. This role demands both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex commercial models into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
• Define and own the Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
• Establish governance standards, design principles, and best practices for CPQ implementations.
• Lead solution blueprinting for large-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformations.
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects and environments.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations, managed packages, and platform enhancements.
